Changing Patient Demographics

To change the demographics on a patient, start by bringing up that patient's information. A successful search on a patient will show the current patient demographics in a window on your screen. To change any information you see, simply click on the information you want to change and, if it is changeable, SchuyNet will bring up the appropriate form.



If the information is changeable your mouse pointer will change to look like a hand. Clicking on the information will bring up the entry form for that section of information.

In this example, the user has clicked on the patient's name, causing the "Basic Patient Information†entry form to appear.



You can make any necessary changes to this form, and then click "Next†to continue to the "Client and Insurance Information†entry form or "Finish†to save the information and return to the patient information screen.
